Kid’s Parade
Calling all kids 12 and under for the Annual Arvada Harvest Festival Kid's Parade. Entry is FREE, and All entries will receive a ribbon.
The theme will be "Dancing on the Field," so let's get creative and decorate your Bike, Trike, Wagon, Pet, or Yourself and join us for your parade. This year's parade will be on Field 8 Saturday, September 10. Check-in starts at 2:30;the parade starts at 3:00.
Trophies will be given for Best Overall, Crowd Pleaser, Best Decorated Wheels, Best Decorated Pet, and Best Character.
Kid Zone
The YMCA will be bringing activities for the kids to do at the Festival.

Teddy Bear Picnic
Who's ready for a picnic on the field with their Teddy Bear or favorite Stuffed Animal. Kids 8 and under join us on Sunday, September 11, from 11:30 to 1:30 on field 8 for some dancing, singing, balloon magic and lots of fun. Don't forget your blanket and stuffed animal. This is a FREE event.
Spelling Bee
The 2022 Spelling Bee will only have online registration, and entry will close on Friday, September 9, at 7:00 pm. There will be NO pretest, just a 2-group final. Group 1 is 3rd – 5th grades and group 2 is 6th – 8th. All students will be in the Final Rounds, which will be held on Sunday, September 11, at the Apex Field House (5724 Oak St) starting at 2:00 pm. ENTRY IS FREE
